Do you supply complete guardrails?

No. We are a galvanizing service provider. We galvanize your fabricated W-beams, posts, spacers, end terminals and hardware.

What coating thickness do you deliver?

Typical zinc coating is 80–120 μm depending on section and standard (ISO 1461 / ASTM A123 / IS 4759). Lot-wise thickness maps are shared in the QC report.

Are your jobs acceptable for NHAI/IRC tenders?

Yes. We galvanize to ISO 1461, ASTM A123/A153 and IS 4759 and provide signed QC dossiers suitable for tender compliance.

What should we do for venting and drainage?

Provide vent/drain holes per galvanizing guidelines so zinc flows freely. Share drawings; we’ll confirm hole size/placement before scheduling.

Do you clean threads and dress sharp zinc after dip?

Yes. Post-galvanizing finishing includes burr/drip removal and thread cleaning on request.

What is your usual lead time?

Standard 3–5 working days; 48–72 hour rush lots are possible subject to production slots.
